Love my F45! I returned after having a baby and the coaches have all been really great in helping me return to my pre-pregnancy level of fitness! It’s so great that they have a Kids Corner (crèche) too so I can workout while my little one is being looked after!Great community vibe as well!

Great variety in the classes, fun and challenging. The trainers are excellent, very welcoming and encouraging to new members. There is also a great sense of community down at East Victoria Park which makes for a motivating environment and keep you going back consistently.

I first started EVP F45 with the 2week free trial over a year ago and haven’t looked back since. The studio is large, spacious and clean. The coaches are dedicated and are always looking to help you edge closer to your goals. It's awesome and I couldn't be happier:)

I have been going to the East Vic Park F45 for 5 weeks now and already feel the difference, the workouts are amazing and the trainers are so motivating and you really feel like you are part of something. Coming from doing my own workouts at gyms and Barre classes, I wasn't sure what to expect but its great & really pushes me. I have just signed up for the 8 week challenge and can't wait to see some big changes!

This gym has it all - dedicated trainers who will push you to do more while still being super nice and friendly, great members who are always ready for some small talk and catching up, challenging cardio and interesting resistance workouts... This is where you want to train, believe me :)

I’m no stranger to F45, having been a member at a few different clubs over the past 4 years. I can definitely say East Vic park has been the best - an inclusive member base, clean and comfortable studio and Colin constantly pushing to improve the studio further. Feedback is always heard and encouraged. Coaches are friendly, motivating and professional, and with years of experience they’ve seemed to really master the art of knowing when to push you, and how to keep you safe. I’ve learnt how to push myself without triggering pre-existing injuries or creating new ones. Would definitely recommend
